Susu rendah lemak (yang skim lebih disarankan), keju rendah lemak, produk telur (terutama bagian putihnya), dan yogurt.

Buah (11)

Pisang (kaya akan potasium), jeruk, apel, strawberry, aprikot, ceri, blueberry (dapat menurunkan kolesterol dan baik sebagai antioksidan yang melawan kanker), blewah, jambu, alpukat, dan semangka (detoks alami bagi tubuh).

Sayuran (9)
Brokoli, wortel, kacang polong, bayam, labu, tela, tomat, kedelai hitam, dan bawang.
Olahan Roti (7)
Roti gandum, sandwich gandum, roll gandum, beras merah, cereal gandum, pasta gandum, dan oatmeal.

Olahan Daging (6)
